UNFILLED APPOINTMENTS due to "no shows" and appointments cancelled without providing at least a 24 hour (1 full day) notice can cause financial hardship.
Please keep in mind that your appointment has been reserved just for you. Your appointment time will need to be filled by someone else if you are unable to keep it. We request full payment for "no show" appointments and appointments not cancelled 24 hours (1 full day) in advance. (Certain circumstances are taken into consideration when an event happens that is beyond control, such as an emergency or a sudden illness.)
TO GUARANTEE YOUR RESERVED TIME, you will be asked to hold your appointment with a credit card, debit card, or Revitalizing Massage gift card. Your card will not be charged unless you do not show or do not give a 24 hour (1 full day) cancellation notice.
PAYMENT IS DUE when you arrive for your scheduled appointment.
IF YOU SCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT ONLINE, you must become a member of our online appointment calendar. Payments for scheduling online appointments will be processed by PayPal. If you do not continue to the PayPal page after scheduling your appointment online it will be cancelled.
WE ACCEPT CASH, CHECKS, CREDIT and DEBIT CARDS. All NSF checks will be charged $35.00.
ARRIVING LATE will deprive you of receiving your full reserved time. Your service time will begin and end at the time agreed upon when your appointment was scheduled. Late arrivals will pay full price for the time that was reserved for them. The next client’s appointment will not be delayed if you arrive late. If you are running late, please call if possible.
IF YOU CHANGE YOUR RESERVED APPOINTMENT to a service/time of lesser value without a 24 hour (1 full day) notice you will be charged for the service/time you were scheduled to receive.
FULL PAYMENT FOR A MISSED APPOINTMENT can be mailed or delivered in person to Revitalizing Massage. We will also take payments over the phone if you prefer to use a credit or debit card. An 18% APR monthly service charge will apply to an unpaid balance not received within one month from the missed appointment. Future appointments will be postponed and/or cancelled until we receive full payment for the missed appointment. You may be asked to prepay to reserve future appointments.
GIFT CARDS are sold by the dollar amount and are valid toward massage services only. Gift cards are not valid on retail items. The dollar value is identified on each gift card. If you are unsure of the dollar amount of a gift card, please contact Revitalizing Massage. Revitalizing Massage is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. If the price of a service is more than the dollar amount of the gift card, the recipient will be responsible for paying the difference in price at the time of the service. Gift card/certificate sales are final and not redeemable for cash. You must be a member of our online appointment calendar to purchase gift certificates online.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT WALK-IN APPOINTMENTS OR WALKIN GIFT CERTIFICATE SALES. Please call or email us to schedule a same day appointment or to make arrangements to purchase gift certificates at our location.
IF, ANOTHER PERSON WILL BE ACCOMPANYING YOU TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. They will need to wait for you at another location. We do not provide a waiting room at our facility.
OUR DOORS DO NOT OPEN EARLIER THAN 10 MINUTES prior to your scheduled appointment.
TO ENHANCE YOUR MASSAGE we ask that you turn off cell phones and pagers during your massage. Once your massage has ended and to ensure that the therapist has an adequate amount of time to prepare the massage room for the next client. We also ask that you wait until you have left the facility to accept or return phone calls or text messages.
